so, i was looking at my sharpie the other day. a little more intently than usual and i noticed this labeling:
"not for letter writing or cloth"
what?
did i miss something? isn't that what sharpie is all about? writing on anything? and why not letter writing of all things? what exactly does "letter writing" include, anyway? like a thru z? what about numbers? or maybe they mean mail. but what if i am composing a letter on plastic to be read by someone in a rain forest? can't i write that letter with a sharpie? and why do they care what i write letters with anyway? they should just be happy that i am still using the postal system!
i think i will send a note to the sharpie company written with their markers... no, better yet, written with felt tip and sent on a particularly rainy day. ...ooo. but then they wouldn't be able to read the letter and the subtle irony would be lost... but that may prove to be even more ironic. but then the point wouldn't be made...
ah, forget it. sounds like too much work...
