my entry into official geekdom,

contrary to popular belief, was not last night, but instead, freshman year in high school when a sophomoric friend of mine and i bought ninja suits at the army navy store and ran around the neighborhood at night throwing dull daggers at each other. did i mention that his neighborhood was very well lit?
last night, however, is what i want to post about. she and i went to see the star wars exhibit at cosi. i was whelmed. not overwhelmed, mind you, merely whelmed.
sure, there were tons of models and nifty interactive games involving building a mini r2d2 and maglev speeder car out of legos, but the only thing worth seeing in my opinion (well, ok, other than this...) was the at-at.
note to my two readers: at-at.
see the shocking lack of s's? there was one. only one piddly little miserable model of what is quite possibly the most freekin' awesome thing in all of movie history. ok, other than this...

What about the night that the three of us made a movie using those ninja suits and then TP'd Dave B.'s house...in the ninja suits. Now that makes for some geekiness.

geekdom is relative...in reality we were uber-cool...

(cause only cool people use terms like quintessentially.)
