nothing seems to be going very smoothly at the moment. work + progeny + house + minutia = frustration!
spring began with such promises! and now, already, there is a hint of malcontent in the air.
in other news, someone mentioned neuroses 2 by name the other night. must ... keep ... focus! *butterfly effect worthy look of concentration* and i have been battling those pesky melancholy ideas so native to my mental... er, ness.
decided to deep six a client... too little pay for too much inconvenience. however, this jettison will not occur until any or all of the following:
1. lottery winnings
2. american idol acceptance
3. i get off my duff and find another client
4. i get off my duff and develop one of my money making widgets
5. i get off my duff and play the lottery... which, coincidentally, takes us back to 1
one highlight, though: leaving borders tonight the full moon was perfectly centered in the arch over the doorway. somehow, despite my rumination, i registered that it was a very cool phenomenon and lingered there for a good steep in the moment.
it's the little things, really.

ha! i just re read that last paragraph and realized that "leaving borders -- through a doorway" sounds kind of ironic.
